With more than 30 years of experience in IT, Carmen is expert in ERP for the Brazilian market with vast knowledge in business and solutions for the most diverse sectors of industry, commerce and services. Luiz Cezar Giacomazi – Financial and Tax Consultant Brazil ​
Luiz with 30 years of experience, has worked in the areas of accounting, finance, taxes, budgeting and general administration. He has served as finance executive in various companies within and outside Brazil mainly in engineering and software companies. He has been responsible for implementing finance and administrative operations in Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and South Africa, among others. Specializing in valuation and business development initiatives, he has successfully represented companies in Brazil including start up operations and in M&A operations. He holds a Brazilian CPA, MBA at University of São Paulo (USP) and a master’s degree in Strategic Controlling and Accounting (FECAP).​

Shir has vast experience in business development and business planning for startup companies. Shir specializes in strategic analysis of the business environment and product pipeline evaluation by taking into consideration all product aspects: innovation, market needs, competitive landscape, regulation, reimbursement, and financial contribution to the firm. Shir holds an MA in Economics (Cum Laude) from Tel-Aviv University and BA in Economics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University.​
